The seller of any paid content, membership or service is Electric Dreams. Artimosa provides website technology for this site. The checkout page will identify the payment provider and seller for each purchase.

2. Using this website

By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Additional terms shown at checkout apply to the specific content, membership or service you buy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

3. Age restriction

This website contains artistic nude content and is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher. By entering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that viewing this content is lawful where you are. Do not use this website if you are underage.

4. Content and intellectual property

The photographs, videos, text, artwork, design and other material on this website are owned by Artimosa or used with permission. Viewing paid content gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to access it for your own private use. It does not transfer ownership or give you any other rights.

Unless a page expressly provides a download or sharing feature, and except where the law allows otherwise, you must not copy, download, record, reproduce, publish, redistribute, sell, share access to, remove watermarks from, or use the content commercially. 6. Paid content and payments

Before you order, the checkout will show the content or service, price and currency, any applicable taxes, payment method, access period and, for a recurring membership, the billing frequency and renewal terms. Your order is complete when the checkout confirms it.

Payments are handled by Paypal & Stripe. Their payment terms and privacy information also apply. I do not receive your full card number unless the checkout clearly says otherwise.

7. Memberships and cancellation

A recurring membership renews for the period shown at checkout until you cancel it. You can cancel at the account page after logging in or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; unless the checkout says otherwise or the law requires a refund, access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

8. Digital content and statutory withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. You can exercise that right using the website’s withdrawal function at by emailing [email protected] with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You do not have to give a reason. I will send confirmation and make any refund required by law.

For digital content supplied immediately, your withdrawal right is lost only where the law permits this and, before access starts, you have expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that this means losing the right to withdraw.

For a service that you expressly ask to start during the withdrawal period, you may have to pay the legally permitted proportion for what was supplied before you withdrew. These rules do not reduce any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live.

This website is hosted and operated using Artimosa. Artimosa may process some website data on my behalf to provide the platform, and may separately process data for its own account, billing, security and service operations.

2. What information I use and why

Depending on which features you use, I may process:

Contact details and messages, such as your name, email address and the contents of a contact form, to answer you or handle a request.
Account details, such as your email address, username and account status, to create and secure your account and provide access you requested.
Order and membership details, such as the content purchased, amount, date, access status, renewal or cancellation, and refund history, to deliver your order, manage access, provide support and meet accounting obligations.
Payment information, handled by Paypal & Stripe. The provider shares with us payment status, transaction reference and billing country. The provider does not share full card details.
Technical and security information, such as IP address, browser or device details, page requests, timestamps and security logs, to operate the site, prevent abuse and troubleshoot errors.
